Read MoreThey live among us, within the family, partners, parents, colleagues or boss at work. They don't beat, they don't kill, but they sometimes cause us to have difficult lives, toxic relationships that can destroy our quality of life and cause us pain, helplessness, a decline in mood, depression and more. I started this blog after many years in which I was personally hurt in relationships with people with personality disorders. I grew up with a narcissistic father, and I ran away from a toxic marriage for as long as I could, which led me to pay a very heavy price, which is to also be a victim of my parents' alienation. Without going into too many details in this blog, I will say that I paid a heavy price for my right to be a free person, to be a woman who is ready and wants to exercise my right to live my life in true freedom, choosing my destiny and my choices every day. Years ago I studied Chinese medicine and even then I realized that I wouldn't be satisfied with that and I studied many studies that deal with the study of the human soul, and the study of behavior. I decided to dedicate my professional life to raising awareness, to providing personal support to people and women who are victims of abusive relationships. In this blog, I will write about narcissists, borderline personality disorder, schizoid personality disorder, avoidant personality disorder and psychopathy. As long as one of you benefits, I have done my part. As long as one of you turns to me for support and advice, it was worth investing the many hours in writing this blog. As a woman who has been affected greatly throughout her life by various types of personality disorders and after a deep and uncompromising personal process and recovery, I decided to start this blog and help anyone who needs help, like me. There are so many. Empathetic, caring and giving people who simply due to low self-love fell prey to narcissists. Today, there is no chance of that happening to me because I will never enter any type of abusive relationship again. And you? And you? I will quote a sentence from the book Man in Search of Meaning: "He who has a why can bear any how."
